    I get a refund if I need to cancel?

    We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact our Events team: events@icfarok.org


    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    Cancel by September 5, 2025 – You will receive a full refund.
    After September 5, 2025 – No refunds will be issued.
    Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another person at no cost up to September 26, 2025. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.


    Will meals be provided?

    Friday evening: A complimentary, light charcuterie board will be available, and non-alcoholic drinks. You are welcome to join others for dinner after the networking time.
    Saturday morning: Breakfast on your own at the hotel. At the venue, we will have a light breakfast (yogurt, fruit, trail mix, coffee, and tea). Water will be available.
    Saturday lunch: Fajita bar from Tacos for Life


    How far is the hotel from the venue?

    The closest venue Staybridge Suites is within walking distance (yards); the other hotels are around 4 miles (about 10 minutes).


    Will CCEs be rewarded for the conference?

    Yes, they are the following: 1.75 Core Competencies and 2 Resource Development
