Professional Bio
I believe that you can flourish and thrive because you are uniquely wired. As a late-diagnosed AuDHD mom of two neurodivergent daughters, I'm living this out every day.
It's my honor and privilege to partner with out-of-the-box thinkers as they live out their purpose and parents and leaders as they support the out-of-the-box thinkers in their homes and organizations.
As a multi-passionate, neurodivergent thinker with a love of learning and nature, I integrate a variety of coaching and supervision approaches, including LEGO® Serious Play® and reflection, to help you slow down, quiet the swirl of thoughts, and uncover what lies beneath the surface.
I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach, an EMCC Accredited Coach at the Senior Practitioner level, a Professional Certified Life and Leadership Coach through PCCI, a trained facilitator of the LEGO® Serious Play® Method, a Strengths Champion Certified Coach®, an ICF Mentor Coach, and a Coach Supervisor. I also hold a Master of Accountancy and a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. In addition, I serve on the faculty at the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.
