I’m a life and parenting coach, and I help moms launch their neurodivergent teenagers into adulthood with confidence and grace.
Drawing on 17 years of homeschooling and a background in coaching, neurodiversity, and embodied learning, I create calm, faith-grounded spaces where moms can slow down, breathe, and rediscover connection through curiosity and compassion.
My approach blends thoughtful reflection with creative tools like LEGO® Serious Play® to make growth tangible and lasting.
