Professional Bio
Crystal Wagner is a life and leadership coach who helps moms of teenagers protect and strengthen the relationships they’ve worked so hard to build. After 17 years of homeschooling her daughters, Crystal discovered firsthand that old ways of connecting don’t always work as children become independent. Her own journey of overprotecting, overstepping, and then learning new listening skills gives her both the empathy and the credibility to walk alongside other moms in this season.
Known for her calm presence and ability to “crystallize” jumbled thoughts into clear insights, Crystal creates a safe space where moms can slow down, breathe, and discover new ways of listening that keep the door to relationship open. She combines her personal story with training in coaching, education, neurodiversity, and embodied learning, using hands-on methods like LEGO® Serious Play® materials and methodology to make growth practical and actionable.
