DECEMBER 16, 2021
Most of the important, long-overdue attention beginning to be paid to diversity-related issues is coming from business-based environments. While valuable, this framework is not ideally suited to coaching’s emphasis on attending to clients in the entirety of who they are as human beings. In this session, Dr. Jonathan Marion leverages his experience as a professor of cultural anthropology to explore: (1) common diversity-related concepts & terminology; (2) why & how these topics matter in coaching; (3) how these topics intersect ICF Core Competencies; and (4) new frameworks for positively attending to such issues in your coaching.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about how to join the meeting.
