Join us for our June ICF AR-OK Chapter Community Meeting.

Our featured presenter is Rhonda Ellis, PCC, who is an ICF AR-OK chapter member.

Objective:  

To empower coaches to model a strong and balanced coaching presence by embodying empathetic connection, bodily awareness, and courage while staying attuned to their own stress levels and boundaries to ensure sustainable and impactful coaching practices. 

Learning Outcomes: 

● Embodied Coaching Presence: 

Participants will understand how to model presence and groundedness, demonstrating the behaviors and emotional regulation they wish to inspire in their clients. 

● Enhanced Bodily and Emotional Awareness: 

Participants will practice recognizing their bodily and emotional cues, allowing them to stay attuned to their internal state and manage stress effectively during coaching sessions. 

● Courageous and Boundaries Coaching: 

Participants will learn to balance empathetic understanding with the courage to challenge clients constructively while maintaining clear boundaries that support mutual respect and growth. 

Bio:  

Dr. Rhonda S. Ellis has been coaching for over a decade and pivoted to merging leadership development and corporate well-being in 2020. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a board-certified health coach with the National Board of Heath and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC), and the founder of INTOUCH Coaching, LLC. She is a Doctor of Business Administration, Management/Healthcare Management with a specialization in organizational leadership. Prior to coaching, she spent 10 years in physician practice management and 22 years in higher education. Rhonda is a published co-author with the book, Spiritually and Developmentally Mature Leadership; book chapters, and scholarly article publications. She enjoys serving others as the Treasurer for the Washington County Hometown Health Coalition and volunteering at a local spiritual community. Her hobbies include well-being and self-care, cycling, hiking, camping and other fun activities with her husband, family, and friends in the community of Northwest Arkansas.
