As founder of Apoyo Coaching and Consulting, LLC, and a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), he specializes in equipping coaches with frameworks and tools to serve increasingly diverse clients and build environments where difference drives impact.

Over his 20+ years in higher education leadership, Joel gained firsthand insight into how organizations evolve, an insight he now brings into his coaching and consulting.
