Bio:
Dr. Marlin Blankenship is an executive coach, educator, and leadership development specialist who works at the intersection of coaching, workforce and adult education, and personal/organizational resilience. He is currently an executive leadership coach with Strata Leadership and an adjunct professor in the Native American Leadership graduate program at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Over the past two decades, Marlin has coached and trained leaders across sectors including global energy, manufacturing, finance, higher education, healthcare, and tribal government. His background in emergency management and higher education leadership informs his systemic, resilience-oriented approach to coaching—helping individuals and organizations navigate complexity with clarity, agency, and adaptability.
Marlin holds a Ph.D. in Workforce and Adult Education from Oklahoma State University, a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas, and certifications in multiple coaching methodologies. He is a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and the current President-Elect for the International Coaching Federation Arkansas-Oklahoma chapter.
